Due to business expansion, the Panchris Group is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager.

The Role:

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all HR activities across the Group, supporting our managers and employees and ensuring HR practices are effective, fair and compliant. Works closely with our HR administrator and payroll officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job specification through to onboarding.
• Coordinate performance management, training and employee development.
• Maintain HR policies, employment contracts and personnel records.
• Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits and HR compliance.
• Manage queries and relations matters.
• Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at a managerial level.
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR best practice.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
