Full Time: 09:00—18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the company and senior legal counsel on a broad range of corporate, commercial,
and regulatory matters, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of commercial and corporate agreements.
-Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
-Review corporate and commercial documentation and identify potential legal risks.
-Monitor changes in applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
-Liaise with external counsel, clients, regulators, and other stakeholders when required.
-Maintain accurate legal records, corporate registers, and transaction files.
-Provide general legal and contractual support to internal departments.
-Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable legal and professional standards.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Law.
-0–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
-Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
-Good understanding of corporate and commercial law principles.
-Strong proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
-LL.M. in Corporate, Commercial, Business Law, or a related field.
-Qualification/admission as an Advocate/Solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction.
-Experience with corporate transactions, M&A, due diligence, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
-Familiarity with company law, regulatory compliance, and corporate structures.
-Strong legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
-Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
-Experience working with international clients or cross-border transactions is an advantage.
-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and communicate legal risks in a practical manner.
