Job Description

The company Louvias Properties is looking for a Junior Project Manager for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Engineering team in the coordination and monitoring of construction projects.
• Monitor site activities and record project progress.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, quantity measurements, and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance, health, and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Participate in site inspections and project meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera) will be considered an advantage.
• Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Responsibility, consistency, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Η εταιρεία Louvias Properties αναζητά Junior Project Manager για πλήρη απασχόληση.

Καθήκοντα:

• Υποστήριξη της ομάδας Μηχανικών στον συντονισμό και την παρακολούθηση κατασκευαστικών έργων.
• Παρακολούθηση της προόδου των εργασιών στα εργοτάξια και καταγραφή στοιχείων προόδου.
• Έλεγχος κατασκευαστικών εργασιών βάσει σχεδίων, προδιαγραφών και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
• Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία τεχνικών εγγράφων, επιμετρήσεων και αναφορών έργου.
• Συντονισμός με εργολάβους, υπεργολάβους, προμηθευτές και συμβούλους.
• Υποστήριξη στην εφαρμογή διαδικασιών ποιότητας, υγείας και ασφάλειας στα εργοτάξια.
• Συμμετοχή σε επιθεωρήσεις και επισκέψεις εργοταξίων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Πτυχίο στην Πολιτική Μηχανική ή σε συναφή κλάδο
• Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCAD.
• Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office.
• Γνώση προγραμμάτων προγραμματισμού έργων (MS Project ή Primavera) θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
• Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
• Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και διάθεση για μάθηση και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη.
