Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hotel technology projects from design through commissioning. You'll be the central point of contact between our engineering teams, hotel clients, contractors, and architects — making sure complex, multi-system installations come together on time, on budget, and to spec.

WHAT YOU'LL BE MANAGING
▪KNX / GRMS room automation – guest room management systems, lighting and climate control, occupancy logic
▪IPTV & guest entertainment systems
▪Structured cabling & networking infrastructure
▪Telephony deployments and integrations
▪Access control systems
▪CCTV & security systems
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪Own project timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple concurrent hotel projects
▪Coordinate with architects, hotel management, contractors, and internal technical teams (hardware, software, field engineers)
▪Track deliverables, procurement, and commissioning milestones from pre-opening through go-live
▪Manage site logistics for installation and commissioning teams
▪Prepare and present progress reports, payment certificates, and technical documentation to clients
▪Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues in coordination with engineering leads
▪Liaise with suppliers and partners (including international manufacturers) on lead times and deliveries
▪Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and industry standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

▪ Proven experience managing technical or construction-adjacent projects, ideally in hospitality, systems integration, low-voltage/electrical, or IT infrastructure 

▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously ▪ Comfortable reading technical specifications and coordinating across electrical, network, and automation disciplines 

▪ Excellent communication skills in Greek and English 

▪ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, or similar) 

▪ A proactive, hands-on approach — comfortable on-site as well as in the office

▪ PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, not a requirement
