About the role

We're looking for a Junior Solution Consultant to join our Analytics team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who's curious about data, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in business intelligence and analytics.

You'll work alongside experienced Senior and Associate Consultants across the full project lifecycle — from understanding what clients need, to building, testing, training, and supporting solutions after go-live. You'll start by contributing to well-defined tasks and gradually take ownership of more complex work as your skills grow.

What you'll be doing

• Joining client workshops to capture business requirements, taking minutes, and supporting blueprint documentation
• Configuring SAP Analytics Cloud environments — data models, stories, and dashboards — under the guidance of senior team members
• Running internal testing and quality checks on solutions before client delivery
• Preparing training materials and supporting user training sessions
• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing and tracking issues through to resolution
• Supporting go-live activities and providing post go-live support
• Contributing to pre-sales activities such as demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept setups
• Managing your assigned Jira tickets and keeping the Team Leader updated on progress

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, BI, data, or a related IT environment
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and an understanding of data modelling and visualisation concepts
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar BI/analytics tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment
