Job Summary

Is responsible for managing travel requests of appointed client accounts. Specifically, the role includes the provision of quality service with the aim to gain client satisfaction, achieve corporate development and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, transfers, trains etc.
• Calculate fares, compare local & network fares.
• Advise travel details, fare & visa  information to all interested parties.
• Inform client for any refund, non-show or cancellation penalties.
• CQC , try always for better routing , lower fare ,action immediately optimizations.
• Data input in PNR for management reports and invoicing requirements
• Communicate to TL and/or OPS Manager any information, issues and/or non-conformances related to customer’s progress cooperation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Support new implementations on business as required

Qualifications-Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software (Amadeus and / or Galileo)
• Well organized with power to prioritize and multitask.
• A keen interest in travel and a willingness to learn about the marine travel industry.
• Excellent English verbal and written.

What we offer

This position typically operates in an onsite office environment, with the ability to WFH 8 days/month after the completion of the onboarding process.

Working hours 9 to 5 four days/week and 11 to 7 one day/week

May require occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
