Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist who will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programmes across the Group.

The role requires strong facilitation and presentation skills, the ability to create engaging training materials and learning content, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external training providers to support continuous capability building and organisational growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs across the Group
• Facilitate soft-skills and generic training, including customer service, communication, delegation and prioritisation
• Develop internal training materials for employees at different levels
• Collaborate with external training providers to review and adapt training content
• Use and manage Learning & Development platforms (LMS and digital tools)
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs

 

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a hands-on Learning & Development or Training role
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience delivering soft-skills training
• Good understanding of learning technologies and digital platforms
• Proactive, practical, and confident working directly with employees
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
