Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor shipments
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Manage records and logistics planning
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of banking requirements related to Letters of Credit
- Strong communication skills in English
