On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company with a strong presence in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious professional for the position of Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives and growth plans.
Plan, manage and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring effective use of resources and strong return on investment.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, suppliers and other key partners to support the company's marketing objectives.
Oversee the development of marketing content and materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Monitor key marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration and supporting continuous professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with others.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits Offered
The salary range for this position is €2,300 – €2,800 gross per month (negotiable)
13th salary.
Provident Fund and Medical Insurance.
Performance-based bonuses and salary increases.
