Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Mechanical Site Engineer to join our Mechanical Installations team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and execution of mechanical installation projects on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Review and prepare project design documentation and drawings.
• Perform design calculations where required.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare, verify, and submit executed works documentation to Accounts accurately and on time.
• Organize and maintain proper project filing systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and controls.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar site-based position.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and construction site procedures.
• Proven ability to manage site activities independently.
• Experience in AutoCAD or other 2D/3D engineering design tools.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
• Dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
