Office Admin Assistant
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Handling errands and external tasks (governmental offices, municipalities, visa-related matters, etc.)
Managing work visa processing and dealing with local bureaucracy
Shopping for office groceries, supplies, and other needs
Filing, organizing, and maintaining office systems
Assisting employees and executives with various requests
Multitasking and jumping in wherever needed to support the team
What we’re looking for:
Local candidate who knows the area well and understands local governmental procedures
Experience or solid knowledge of bureaucracy, work permits, and official processes
Very proactive, confident, and energetic personality
Comfortable with multitasking and handling multiple things at once
Own car and valid driver’s license (essential)
