Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Reception Duties
- Answer Phone-calls
- Receive guests and guide them into the Conference room
- Receive deliveries of goods
- Office Administration
- Billing
- Issue invoices, Credit Notes as per the instructions from the Company Directors and Account Managers
- Receive and post Payments from customers
- Generate Statements of Accounts for customers upon request
- Maintain the Petty Cash expenses Fund and keep track of small outlays
- Coordinate with service providers (cleaners, plumbers, electricians etc) when the need arises to maintain our premises in good order
- Other Miscellaneous tasks, as required, related to the smooth day-to-day running of the office and the company.
Position Requirements
- Presentability and excellent manners.
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Any booking knowledge will be considered an advantage.
