On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company operating in the Real Estate sector in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an organised and professional Office Administrator to join their team.
The company is looking for a reliable, communicative, and proactive individual who can support the smooth daily operation of the office while providing excellent service to clients and assisting Management with various administrative and operational tasks.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, manage incoming and outgoing communications, assist clients, maintain organised company records, and support Management with various office procedures and tasks.
The role also includes responsibility for supporting the company's social media channels, websites, and digital communication, including the preparation of written content in both Greek and English.
The ideal candidate will be organised, professional, confident in communication, and comfortable managing several responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and assist clients with general enquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Monitor and manage the company's general email correspondence.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Management.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents and records.
- Develop and maintain an organised electronic filing system.
- Perform data entry and ensure company records remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate general office administration and daily operational requirements.
- Assist with appointments, meetings, correspondence, and documentation where required.
- Communicate professionally with clients, associates, suppliers, and external partners.
- Manage and update the company's social media channels and websites.
- Prepare written content for company websites and social media platforms in Greek and English.
- Assist with the preparation of newsletters and other digital communications.
- Support Management with various administrative procedures and ad hoc tasks.
- Monitor pending administrative matters and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and client information.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Very good knowledge of internet-based tools and digital platforms.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Friendly, positive, and cooperative personality.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Confidence using social media platforms and website management tools.
- Good written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, real estate administration, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field will be considered an advantage.
- Eligibility to participate in a relevant employment or training scheme through ANAD or the Public Employment Service will be considered an advantage.
