Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain schedules, diaries, and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare, type, and format documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical—for efficient information retrieval.
- Plan, coordinate, and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of junior administrative staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and organized manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and implement new, more efficient procedures.
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to facilitate seamless communication.
Key Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication in English language
- Abilities to multi-task and work independently
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized
- Computer literate
Qualification
Relevant Training or previous working experience
