Required Qualifications
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Integrity of character, discretion, and responsibility.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in a law firm or in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of the iJustice electronic system will be considered an advantage.
Duties
Managing telephone calls and correspondence.
Communicating with clients and associates.
Filing, managing, and organizing office documents and files.
Handling external office tasks and visiting public authorities.
Coordinating meetings between lawyers and clients.
Providing secretarial support and carrying out related duties.
