Job Description
We are seeking to hire an Office Administrator to join our team in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- The office reception and welcoming visiting customers
- Maintaining office supplies
- Updating the firm's document management system
- Assisting the Managing Partner in key administrative functions
- Preparing correspondence with third parties
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be intelligent, able and organised. She/he must also have:
- A university degree
- Fluent English and Greek, written and spoken
- Confident computer skills, including in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and to be self-motivated, proactive and able to assume responsibility
