Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic accounting tasks, including:
Recording daily financial transactions (data entry of invoices, receipts, expenses)
Issuing invoices and processing payments
Assisting with bank and cash reconciliations
Maintaining accurate accounting records and files
Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation (invoices, statements, contracts)
Support general office administration and back-office operations
Assist in tracking payables and receivables
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial and administrative processes
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge (essential)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of Greek and English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Professional attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role
Experience with accounting software will be considered an advantage
Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding (optional)
