Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to manage daily office operations in Paphos, supporting administration, HR coordination, and executive diary management. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking, communication, and organisational skills, with fluency in both English and Greek.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised working environment
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems
Finance Support
- Liaise with external accountants
HR Administration
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate staff leave, attendance, and internal policies
Diary & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for management
- Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between management and stakeholders
Requirements
Essential
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Experience with HR administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of office/admin processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Desirable
- Previous experience supporting senior management

Location
This position is based in Paphos, Cyprus, with flexibility for hybrid work and client engagements as required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00
