Office Administrator
Job Description
Iacovou Group, one of the most reputable and established Construction Groups in Cyprus, seeks to recruit experienced and high caliber professionals for the position of Office Administrator for the Quantity Surveying Department.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform clerical administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Handle any request (such as preparation of letters etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and be multitask
Other responsibilities and authorities as defined in the Group’s procedures or as instructed by the Quantity Surveyor Manager
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments
Key Competencies
- Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
- Previous experience will be considered an advantage
- People management skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
