A.PALOURTIS REAL ESTATE AGENTS LTD AND NEWZOE DEVERLOPERS is currently looking to recruit a motivated individual for the position of Office Administration (full-Time) to join our office in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to management.
JOB DUTIES
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain records
Record information in the CRM system
Prepare emails, letters, application forms, and contracts
Provide administrative support to management and the sales team
Perform any other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Sofia accounting software will be considered an advantage.
Good internet and computer skills
Knowledge of Social media advertising
Fluent English required (Greek/Russian is an advantage)
