Job Description
We are hiring an OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Join our company and play a key role in coordinating daily operations in the logistics departments. Become an integral member of our team and ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Full time position (08:00 – 17:00) including 1hr lunch break
- Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily operations across our supply chain
- Liaise with clients, internal teams and business partners
- Monitor schedules and documentation
- Ensure smooth communication
- Follow up on tasks
- Maintain records and reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Organisational skills
- Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in not required
