The role will involve:
• Handling emails, calls, and client communication
• Assisting with quotations, invoices, and office administration

• Communicating with clients, translators, and external partners
• Helping keep the office organised and running smoothly day-to-day
Requirements for this role include:

• Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritise different tasks
• Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft suite of applications
• Able to work confidently with documents, file organisation and online systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems as needed
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Russian language is a strong advantage
Previous relevant experience will be considered helpful, but a positive attitude, reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn are more valuable to us than a perfect CV.
