Office Administrator & Customer Support Coordinator About Us Panoramic Balloon Designs Ltd is one of Cyprus’ leading companies in balloons, gifts, party products and event decorations, serving both retail and wholesale customers across the island. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team and support the daily operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities

 • Managing incoming phone calls and company emails 

• Providing support to retail stores and wholesale customers

 • Preparing quotations and customer correspondence

 • Maintaining accurate stock and product information within company systems

 • Assisting with website product and inventory updates 

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office ⸻ Requirements

 • Excellent command of Greek and English 

• Strong communication and customer service skills 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

 • Good computer literacy and confidence using software systems 

• Positive attitude, professionalism and team spirit 

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role will be considered an advantage ⸻

 Preferred Qualifications

 • Knowledge of PremierSoft / eSoft software will be considered a strong advantage

 • Experience with inventory management systems

 • Experience with e-commerce or website administration ⸻
