We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our Culinary Team. If you have creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing outstanding pastries and desserts, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery items to the highest standards.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in the preparation of seasonal menus and innovative dessert offerings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Monitor stock levels and help minimize food waste.
Work closely with the Pastry Chef and the culinary team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Pastry Cook in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant.
Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry arts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
