Create Exceptional Desserts at Radisson Beach Resort.

 

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our Culinary Team. If you have creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing outstanding pastries and desserts, we would love to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery items to the highest standards.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in the preparation of seasonal menus and innovative dessert offerings.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor stock levels and help minimize food waste.
• Work closely with the Pastry Chef and the culinary team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry Cook in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry arts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
