Qualifications:

• work Experience: At least 1 year in similar position.
• languages: At least English and mother language
• ability to communicate with people
• have excellent interpersonal skills
• have a friendly and pleasant personality
• be polite
• able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• to escort all arrivals in rooms (carry their luggage’s)
• to keep the entrance and lobby area clean
• to check luggage room and issue requisition for luggage tags
• to have the responsibility to maintain the luggage room clean
• to describe all facilities offered by the hotel to the arriving guests, give information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• to deliver messages in rooms
