We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of the Front of House Team team and perform on going front desk duties.
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Respond to guests' needs and requests and resolve issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
Handle guest requests, complaints, and payments efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures
Provide an optimal level of service and hospitality to the guests by acting as the point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and familiarity with reservation systems (Theova UHS) is an advantage
Outstanding customer services skills, professional verbal & written communication skills in Greek, and English. Any other language knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in hospitality or reception is essential
