Now Hiring: Project Architect 

C+ Architects L.L.C is seeking a talented Project Architect to join our growing team in Larnaca. Our firm specializes in large-scale, high-end projects including hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, airports, and residential complexes across Cyprus and abroad.

As part of our dynamic, design-driven environment, you will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team that integrates architecture, interior design, and advanced digital technologies BIM to deliver exceptional, sustainable design solutions.

 

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage design development, building permit documentation, and tender packages.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure design and technical excellence.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD - Revit (BIM environment experience is essential).
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus building regulations and permit procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven design.
