About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our client-side project management team for construction projects in Cyprus and abroad. You will support senior managers in overseeing contractors, ensuring project milestones are achieved, budgets are maintained, and quality and safety standards are met on behalf of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare project reports, timelines, and documentation
• Attend site meetings and oversee daily operations
• Resolve project issues and maintain smooth communication among all parties

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, QS or Architecture.
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction or project coordination (internships accepted).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English & Greek
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally when required.
