Property Management Operations Specialist

Urbanica Hospitality Management is a Larnaka-based property and short-term rental
management company operating a growing portfolio of apartments and villas across Cyprus.
We combine hands-on operations with modern tools to deliver well-maintained properties and
strong returns for owners.
The role
We’re hiring a Property Management Operations Specialist to join our Larnaka office. You’ll be
the operational backbone of the portfolio — coordinating maintenance, housekeeping,
contractors, inspections, and owner communications, and keeping our systems and records
accurate.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams across the portfolio
• Schedule and oversee inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Track property condition, inventory, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with property owners with clear, timely reporting
• Keep our task boards, property records, and operational systems updated and
accurate
• Spot operational inefficiencies and help us improve them
What we’re looking for
• EU work permit (mandatory)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy — confident with cloud tools, spreadsheets, and learning new
systems
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills
• Property management experience — strong advantage
• Greek language — advantage
• Driving licence — advantage
