Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for the preparing of purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure our business operations run smoothly.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Sales and Technician teams to determine purchasing requirements
- Prepare, issue, and send Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers based on inventory needs
- Monitor the status of all open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers to arrange transportation and delivery of goods
- Handle basic customs clearance documentation where required
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries related to payments, delivery schedules, and product specifications
- Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supplier invoices in the system
- Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with the Sales team and warehouse
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing and logistics records
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics will be considered an advantage
- Experience working with suppliers, transport providers, and inventory or ERP systems
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of purchasing and logistics procedures
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism

- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 / 08:30 – 16:30 / 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 / 08:30 – 14:00 / 14:30
