Job Description

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel Paphos as the Receptionist and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

·         Ensure an efficient reception experience is offered to the guest, including check in/out, cashiering, telephone tasks as per the brand standards.

·         Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and offer recommendations for local attractions and dining.

·         Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

·         Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.

·         Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.

·         Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Job Requirements:

·         High school diploma graduate or equivalent.

·         A minimum of one years’ experience as a hotel receptionist is at a 4* or 5* hotel.

·         Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Greek or any additional language will be considered as an advantage.

·         Positive attitude and good communication skills.

·         Commitment to delivering a high level of guest service.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·         EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
