Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the key deliverables of the Team are provided to the respective stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner,

• Ensure that the approved reconstruction policies of the Company are duly applied in the preparation of statements.

• Act as the primary liaison between the Team and internal or external stakeholders, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective communication.

• Verify that the information presented in the key deliverables prepared by the Team, is both accurate and complete, ensuring consistent performance standards.

• Where needed, assist Team members with the review of cases and the preparation of reconstructed statements. Where necessary, the Team Leader is expected to submit suggestions for resolving issues.

• Liaise with the external software vendor to resolve technical issues affecting the Team’s operations.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and provide recommendations for improving system functionality and operational efficiency.  Set and monitor employees’ objectives and goals. 

• Engage in the planning, analysis and execution of any projects that aim to the automation of the existing processes of the Team.

• Stay informed of and implement all regulations, procedures, policies and circulars relevant to the Department’s activities. 

• Undertake tasks assigned and support audits, external consultants and other authorities designated by the Company.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

• Excellent knowledge of banking industry regulations practices and procedures, and primarily with regards to legal documents management.

• At least three years of prior experience in a managerial position with mid-sized Teams.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure.

• Very good analytical and computer skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Prior knowledge and experience with account reconstruction methodologies and principles, will be considered a key advantage.
