The Retail Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Promoters to achieve commercial targets across Limassol and Paphos. The role reports to the Retail Sales Director and works closely with retail partners to drive sales performance and execution.
Job objective: To maximize retail sales performance by developing the Sales Promoters team, ensuring effective execution in the field, and achieving agreed commercial targets.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities, among others, include:
·Drive achievement of sales, distribution, and contractual targets within the assigned territory through effective leadership of the Sales Promoters team
·Conduct regular joint field visits to ensure disciplined execution, performance follow-up, and continuous development of team members
·Monitor sales results, outlet KPIs, and commercial performance, implementing corrective actions where required
·Identify growth opportunities across existing and potential Retail outlets to expand distribution and portfolio penetration
·Ensure flawless execution of trade agreements, activations, and promotional campaigns in line with company standards
·Monitor compliance with pricing policies, commercial terms, and contracted outlet agreements
·Safeguard product availability, visibility, and stock rotation across outlets
·Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, supporting negotiations and new outlet acquisition where applicable
·Resolve operational and commercial issues in a timely and effective manner
·Prepare structured reports, monitor competitive activity, and provide market feedback to management
·Ensure full adherence to company commercial policies, credit guidelines, and governance frameworks
·Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and execution excellence within the Sales Promoters team

Requirements and Qualifications:
· University degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role
· FMCG retail experience strongly preferred
· Fluency in Greek and English
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
· Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-intensive environment
