Our client is a leading international retail organisation with a strong presence in the FMCG sector, as part of its continued growth, the company is seeking to recruit a Sales Department Administrator to join its Head Office team in Larnaca.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Department, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the department. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Management team with day-to-day administrative support.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Department.
Assist with the preparation and processing of departmental documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other business documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and departmental calendars.
Manage correspondence, telephone calls, emails and departmental communications.
Maintain accurate filing systems, records and databases.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
1–2 years of previous experience in a secretarial, administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent command of Greek and a good command of English.
Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
A proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
