Job Purpose

Join a leading aviation services organization and work for the world’s leading airline.

 

As part of our GSA (General Sales Agent) operation, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of Emirates Airline in the Cyprus market. This role combines account management, business development, and market analysis, with a pathway toward future leadership within the commercial team.

 

You will work exclusively on the Emirates account, managing key relationships across the travel trade while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

 

What will I be doing?

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate, leisure, and specialist clients to drive Emirates’ commercial and revenue performance in Cyprus
  • Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key trade partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement targeted sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support commercial strategy
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions to strengthen partner engagement
  • Represent Emirates in the local market, ensuring strong brand presence and visibility
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline tracking through CRM systems
  • Commercial reporting, forecasts, and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of commercial activities

What should I have?

  • Experience in airline sales, travel industry, or GSA environment
  • Strong understanding of the Cyprus travel trade and distribution landscape
  • Knowledge of fares, ticketing, and reservations systems
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Valid driving licence
