The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Prepare and submit competitive quotations tailored to customers' requirements.
· Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with customers.
· Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
· Fluent in Greek and English
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is considered an advantage
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
