Role Objective:
MKS Audit & Consulting Ltd is seeking to recruit a motivated and organized individual for the position of Secretary / Administrator to join its team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems and records
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Perform general office administration duties
- Produce high quality deliverables to meet and exceed client expectations
- Undertakes any other relevant task as requested by superiors
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite products
- Computer literacy
- Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a relevant position
