Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls professionally
- Maintain filing systems and organize office records
- Perform basic tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and other accounting documentation, knowledge of Premiersoft is a MUST
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT to provide to external accountants
- Performing any additional duties as required
- Maintaining and updating customer records and spreadsheets
- GAP Akis Express handling
Ideal candidate profile:
- Proven work experience as a secretary or Office Administrator will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
- Communication skills, written and verbal in both Greek and English language
- Knowledge of Premiersoft Program
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
