CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Structuring & Banking Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing cross-border entity setups, complex international structures, corporate banking relationships and FX operations across the Group. This is a key, hands-on role for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional banking, international payments, multi-currency accounts and foreign exchange, together with in-depth knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, UBO structures and corporate regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and discreet, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and build strong working relationships with banks, financial institutions, FX providers, professional advisers, regulators and internal stakeholders. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with hybrid and/or Remote working options with the need to visit the offices in Limassol once a week.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Oversee international company and branch formations, restructurings and ongoing structural maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead corporate bank account opening and onboarding with global banks, EMIs and PSPs; manage and develop ongoing institutional banking relationships.
• Prepare and submit UBO, KYC and AML documentation; manage apostille and notarization workflows; liaise with banks, regulators and service providers.
• Maintain statutory registers, minute books and licences, and ensure timely annual filings and regulatory obligations across all jurisdictions.
• Manage signatories, user access, periodic bank reviews and operational account updates.
• Manage FX provider relationships, multi-currency accounts and international payment flows; coordinate currency conversions and support FX risk management, liquidity and cross-border treasury requirements.
• Implement efficient workflows, documentation standards and compliance processes to support the growth of the group.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing cross-border entity setups, corporate banking networks and complex international structures.
• Proven success opening and maintaining multi-jurisdictional business accounts with traditional banks, EMIs, PSPs and other financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with FX providers and multi-currency accounts, international payments (including SWIFT and local payment rails), currency conversions, FX pricing and execution, and practical FX risk management.
• In-depth understanding of global KYC/AML standards, UBO requirements, corporate legal documentation and regulatory obligations.
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with banks, FX providers, regulators, advisers and internal stakeholders.
