Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Education Consultant to join our team at our office in Nicosia.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Flexible working hours can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one consultations to students and parents on university and study options in Cyprus and abroad.
• Advising students on suitable universities, degree programmes and destinations based on their academic profile, interests and career aspirations.
• Guiding students through university entry requirements, application strategies and important deadlines.
• Preparing, submitting and following up on university applications to various destinations, including the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Greece and Cyprus.
• Reviewing application documents and supporting students with the preparation of strong and competitive applications.
• Maintaining regular communication with students and parents throughout the counselling and application process.
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of university programmes, admission requirements and developments within international higher education.
• Preparing and submitting applications for scholarships, bursaries and student finance where applicable.
• Building strong and trusted relationships with students, parents, universities and other education partners.

What We're Looking For

• A university degree is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in education counselling, university admissions, student recruitment, education consulting or a closely related field.
• Previous experience advising students on university study options and applications is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international higher education systems and university admissions, particularly within the UK and Europe, will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
• A friendly, approachable and professional personality with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases, applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Fluency in both English and Greek is essential.

This is a senior-level position intended for candidates with substantial relevant professional experience.
