Job Description

Properway Group is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take full operational responsibility for an established property-management portfolio in Larnaca.

This is a hands-on senior role with regular on-site presence, not an administrative position. You will start alongside the current management team to learn the properties, owners, tenants, contractors, systems, finances and open issues. After the handover, you will be the person responsible for day-to-day management of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial buildings

• Be the main contact for owners, tenants and building committees

• Appoint and supervise contractors and suppliers

• Coordinate maintenance and communal services

• Carry out regular inspections and follow up on open issues

• Monitor property expenses, common charges and related financial admin

• Resolve problems and difficult situations, and see every issue through to completion

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in property, building, facilities or real estate operations

• Fluent Greek and English

• Full driving licence and own car

• Able to work independently and take real ownership
