Site Engineer – Limassol
Crona Construction Ltd, a member of Crona Group, is seeking to recruit a Site Engineer for full-time employment in Limassol.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of construction site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities
- Oversee site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with specifications
- Enforce Health & Safety regulations on site
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
- Prepare work schedules and project timelines
- Issue payment certificates
- Prepare monthly progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
- 3–5 years of experience in construction site management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
