Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Transaction Team as a Closing Coordinator. This role is critical in facilitating seamless real estate transactions and ensuring all compliance and legal requirements are met. The successful candidate will report directly to the Transaction Management Manager and will work closely with clients, legal advisors, compliance officers, and internal departments to ensure every sale closes smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
· Oversee Real Estate Closing Compliance
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
· Client Communication & Documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the closing process—gather and verify all necessary documentation required by the Compliance Department for transaction approval.
· Liaison with Compliance & Legal Departments
Coordinate closely with the Compliance Department to secure timely approvals, and collaborate with legal advisors to prepare, review, and finalize Sale and Option Agreements.
· Transaction Coordination & Closing Support
Facilitate end-to-end coordination of property transfers—working across departments to align on timelines, documentation, and final handovers.
· Reporting & Progress Monitoring
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on transaction progress, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders and identifying potential delays or issues.
· Ensure Policy Alignment
Execute all responsibilities in alignment with company procedures, quality standards, and legal obligations.
· Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure all elements of the sale are aligned and finalized successfully.
· Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the ongoing development of transaction workflows.
· Ad-Hoc Support
Provide additional support as needed by the Transaction Management Manager, participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or other related field.
· At least three (3) years of proven work experience in a similar position.
· Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
· Ability to work independently
· Dynamic, hands-on and results driven
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High levels of integrity and work ethic
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
