Κύρια Καθήκοντα

* Προετοιμασία και δημιουργία πιάτων κρύας και ζεστής κουζίνας
* Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης εκτέλεσης και σωστής παρουσίασης των γευμάτων
* Έλεγχος και σωστή διαχείριση πρώτων υλών
* Διατήρηση ομαλής λειτουργίας της κουζίνας
* Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και σωστής αποθήκευσης προϊόντων

Προσόντα

* Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
* Γνώσεις δημιουργικής κουζίνας
* Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματισμός
* Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση

Cook / Chef Wanted

Main Responsibilities

* Preparation and creation of cold and hot kitchen dishes
* Ensuring the timely preparation and proper presentation of meals
* Monitoring and proper management of raw materials and ingredients
* Maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen
* Following hygiene regulations and proper food storage procedures

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of creative cuisine
* Team spirit and professionalism
* Ability to work under pressure
