Θέση Εργασίας: Λειτουργός Κεντρικού Σταθμού Παρακολούθησης (Σύστημα Βάρδιας)
Λευκωσία, Κύπρος
Κυλιόμενο ωράριο (06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00)

Η Handy’s Security Systems Ltd αναζητά ένα δυναμικό και υπεύθυνο άτομο για τη στελέχωση του Κεντρικού Σταθμού Παρακολούθησης.

Αν σε ενδιαφέρει ο τομέας της ασφάλειας, σου αρέσει να εργάζεσαι με σύγχρονα συστήματα και να βρίσκεσαι στην “πρώτη γραμμή” εξυπηρέτησης, τότε αυτή η θέση είναι για σένα.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες:

• Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση συστημάτων ασφαλείας σε 24ωρη βάση
• Λήψη, αξιολόγηση και διαχείριση σημάτων και βίντεο σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες
• Παροχή τηλεφωνικής και απομακρυσμένης τεχνικής υποστήριξης
• Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση περιστατικών και τεχνικών αιτημάτων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
• Καλή γνώση χρήσης ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών
• Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

• Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
• Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση ή τεχνικό περιβάλλον
