Full-Time Position | Hospitality Group

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook B to join our team within our hospitality group. The ideal candidate will assist with daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of food ingredients.
• Assist with stock control and report shortages to the kitchen management.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive working attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
