HR Administrator (Head Office)-Nicosia
Symeonides Fashion House Ltd a leading company in the retail industry seeks to recruit a Human Resources Administrator for its Marks & Spencer Head Office. The successful candidate will support the HR Department in the smooth and efficient running of daily HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain records related to staff uniforms, health booklets and work permits where applicable
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes
- Review monthly payroll information and prepare monthly pension submissions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and assist with the company’s training plan
- Support the performance appraisal process and other HR initiatives
- Monitor attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with labour legislation
- Assist with employee communications and HR projects when required
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff across the organization
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Psychology, Economics or a related field
- CIPD qualification or part-qualification will be considered an advantage
- 1–2 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and exercise sound judgement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
