Job Description
As an expanding group of companies, we are looking to recruit into our growing team an assistant admin to assist with the daily requirements of the companies’ activities.
- Daily assistance with administration & logistics
- Monitoring of incoming stock and recording into the database
- Assisting with sales and invoicing
- Generating Purchase Orders
- Corresponding with customers and direct reporting to the management
- Daily office duties including filing and maintaining electronic filing system
Package:
- Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate which will include:
- Provident Fund Scheme
- 13th Salary
- “Salary to be assessed according to experience / background”
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (8 hours) 10.00 – 18.00
- 21 days Annual Leave
- Public Holidays
