Job Description
- deliver exceptional service;
- ensure guest satisfaction;
- support Waiter B while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality;
- greet & serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude;
- take and process orders accurately;
- serve foods and drinks promptly and correctly;
- supervise and assist Waiter B;
- maintain cleanliness and service standards;
- handle payments accurately;
- resolve guest concerns;
- communicate thouroughly with the General Manager and Head Chef
