Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen and ensure its smooth operation
• Ensure all food prepareation is completed efficiently and on time 
• Maintain High standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and HACCP Procedures.
• Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar Kitchen position
• Good knowledge of Food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good organisation and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Professional attitude and reliability
